Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at hello@eatcaddysnacks.com within 5 days of delivery. We may require photos and documentation. Refunds or replacements, if approved, are issued at our discretion.
