After trying every bar on the market, we felt there was always something missing—a bar that truly resonated with the unique needs and spirit of golfers. After countless rounds of golf and lighthearted chats with fellow players, the idea for Caddy Snacks was born: a snack that’s as enjoyable as the game itself.
Caddy Snacks is a veteran-owned and family-founded company; started by a family of golfers and endurance athletes who want to change the golf-snack game. Our founder, Vito Bialla, is a decorated combat veteran who served during the Vietnam War in 1968, earning a Bronze Star with V for Valor and a Purple Heart for his service. He’s also an ultra-endurance record holder who knows a thing or two about the ideal nutrition to achieve your best.

The HEART BEHIND THE BAR
Vito Bialla spent his lifetime proving that the right attitude matters.
A decorated Vietnam combat veteran, Vito served in combat in 1968 and was awarded both a Bronze Star with “V” for Valor and a Purple Heart after being wounded in combat. The experience cemented the resilience, fortitude, and optimism that have guided him ever since.
After returning home, Vito built businesses, raised a family, chased extremes, endurance challenges, and developed a lifelong love for the game of golf. Through it all, he became known for something simple: showing up with a positive attitude and treating people well.
Caddy Snacks is an extension of those values - quality without compromise, treating people with care, and doing things the right way.
At 78, Vito still inspires us every day.
